FOCUS ON WHAT YOU LOVE TO DO
Passion deserves its own axis in life. Simply draw two lines: your talents & skills on one vs. your passion on the other. Several studies show that most people, work force or individuals, settle on the top left corner. This corner means a life with high skills/talents with no or little passion. Let passion be your guide on your way to this top right corner where your passions and talents converge. With this in mind, focus on what you LOVE to do (beings), not what you OUGHT TO do (values) or are ABLE to do (doings) during the test.

Reiss Motivation Profile is measuring your individual profile over 16 basic passions. Each individual score represents your motivation or drive over that particular passion. In finding your passions using RMP, overall picture (profile) is more important than individual scores. Both high and low scores can be meaningful, insightful and essential to decode your passion profile. Lean on your spontaneous instinct from your heart to answer these well-thought out questions.
